1. If there is an error, you can directly double-click the icon of the printer to check the status of the printer, it may be due to connection problems, lack of ink, paper, or it may be currently offline;
2. You can find your printer on the [Devices and Printers] page, right-click and select the [See what is printing normally] option to clear the content that is being printed in front of you;
3. In [Start] – [Settings] – [Management Tools] – [Services], double-click [PrintSpooler] and click Stop in General;
4. Open the [Run] dialog box, enter [Spool], open the [PRINTERS] folder, delete all the things in it, and then click [Start] – [printSpooler] in the General tab;
5. Disconnect the printer from power for one minute, then connect and restart the computer.
