Enter the [Devices and Printers] option to check the current printer status and cancel all printed documents. Printing may have stopped due to lack of paper or other reasons. You can restart the printer; or check the driver and port settings. The following is a detailed introduction:
1. First open [Control Panel] – [Devices and Printers], find your printer, right-click to open the menu, select [See what is being printed now], click [Printers] in the upper left corner and select [Cancel All Documents], if you need to continue To print, you only need to re-select print in the document;

2. There may be remote document printing. Due to lack of paper, lack of ink, etc., the backlog of documents cannot be printed. You can turn off the printer first and then turn it on again to see if it can print normally;

3. If the problem still persists, you can uninstall the printer in the device manager and reinstall the driver after canceling all documents;

4. It may be that the port selection is wrong. In the [Printer and Fax] option, right-click [Printer] – [Properties] – [Port Tab] to see if the settings are correct;

5. You can also find [Print Spooler] in the [Service] option, double-click it, stop at the regular midpoint, enter [Spool] in [Start]-[Run], open the [PRINTERS] folder, and copy the Delete all the things, and then click [Start]-[Print Spooler Print Service] in the General tab.
