Precautions while refilling the printer

1. The ink should not be too full, otherwise it will overflow and affect the printing effect. If you accidentally fill up the ink, use the corresponding color ink tube to suck it out;

2. After adding ink, wipe the excess ink with a paper towel, and clean the ink on the runner, and then stick the label back to its original place.

3. Check the cartridge before filling it to see if it is broken. Although it is rare for the cartridge to be damaged during use, the user should not be negligent because of this.

The specific inspection method is: when the bottom is filled with ink, it is found that the resistance is very large or there is a phenomenon of ink leakage, which indicates that the ink cartridge may be damaged, so do not fill the damaged ink cartridge with ink.

4. Before the ink is filled, the original ink of the ink cartridge should be thoroughly cleaned, otherwise there will be a chemical reaction after the two different inks are mixed together, resulting in the blockage of the nozzle and other failures.

5. Don’t be “greedy” when filling ink, be sure to do it in moderation. Many people think that filling ink cartridges with ink is more cumbersome to operate, and the ink cartridges are generally filled twice to be replaced, so they want to fill them more.

6. Many people will put the cartridge on and use it immediately after filling the cartridge, but this practice is not correct.

Because the ink cartridge contains sponge pads for absorbing ink, these sponge pads absorb ink slowly, and after filling the ink into the ink cartridge, they cannot be evenly absorbed by the sponge pad.

So after filling, you should let the ink cartridge sit for a few minutes to allow the ink to slowly penetrate into all corners of the sponge pad to ensure the print quality.
