Some points about matching of Ink color should pay attention to .

1. Observe the color samples Carefully , give special attention to observe the printed substrate, from the substrate rough and smooth, reflective degree to choose ink. For example, ink printed on smooth, highly reflective aluminum or cans, select the ink with high transparency will help  enhance the metallic luster of the ink greatly.

2. Select the ink had to match the color, as far as possible to avoid mixing too much ink (Hp printer ink refill replacement), try to use the standard color and made from a single pigment ink. The more color ink used for color matching, the farther away from the standard color, the worse the brightness, mixed out of the color matte degree is higher, it is impossible to modulate the original color by color matching.

3. To pay special attention to the ink coloring power. If the selected ink concentration is not high enough, no matter how to mix, but also can not reach the standard color concentration.

4. Need to add white and black ink, should pay special attention to the electricity added to the portion and the accuracy of weighing. In all inks, white ink covering power is particularly strong, add too much, not only will dilute the color, but also will prevent the substrate reflective degree. However, when printing on uneven substrates such as nylon cloth and cardboard, it is best to print a layer of white as a base color to ensure the appearance of the print. Since the coloring power of black ink is particularly strong, if you are not careful to add too much, you will need to add a lot of other color ink to adjust the color, resulting in waste, so special attention is needed.

5. When making light-colored ink, the ink film should be judged from the degree of light transmission should be added to how much white ink or ink blending oil (lightening agent) for color adjustment. Never allow the solvent (diluted water) used to lighten the color. Add too much solvent, not only will affect the printing performance, and will destroy the ink structure, resulting in the separation of pigments and resin oil, precipitation or greatly reduce the gloss of the ink (sublimation ink for epson 2800).
