Why is the bottom color of the pictures coming out of my printer red? Is there a problem with the word settings?

That is Printer problems.
Inkjet printers generally have four colors, black, cyan, magenta, and yellow, and any color is rationed from cyan, magenta, and yellow. If a certain color is clogged, the color will be off. The bottom color of the picture becomes red is because of the cyan and yellow clogging produced.
Solution:
Click “Start” – “Devices and Printers”, right-click the printer, select “Printing Preferences”, select “Maintenance”, select “cleaning cartridges” (different printers maintain different cleaning methods). If the cleaning after two times or not, you need to change the ink cartridge.
