A. Principle Piezoelectric inkjet technology divides the ink droplet control in the inkjet process into three stages: a. Before the inkjet operation, the piezoelectric element first shrinks slightly under the signal control; b. The element produces a large extension and pushes the ink droplets out of the nozzle; c. When the ink droplets are about to fly away from the nozzle, the element shrinks again, and the ink level is cleanly shrunk from the nozzle. In this way, the droplet level is precisely controlled, and each ejection has the perfect shape and the correct direction of flight. Piezoelectric inkjet systems control the injection of ink by setting up a transducer on a printhead filled with ink, which is controlled by an input digital signal. According to the working principle and arrangement structure of the transducer of the piezoelectric inkjet system, it can be divided into: piezoelectric tube type, piezoelectric film type, piezoelectric sheet type and other types.
