The printer ink light is on all the time, indicating that the fault is related to the ink cartridge.
Click Print, and the computer will prompt you with the specific cause of the failure.
1. The printer doesn’t recognize the cartridge: Unplug the cartridge and reinstall it. The cartridge installation must be in right place.
2. Try a different cartridge. If you replace other cartridges that can be recognized, most of them caused by cartridge chips damaged .
3. The cartridge is out of ink , change the cartridge .
If it is an original cartridge, replace it directly. Original cartridges cannot be reused.
If you are type of filling the cartridge or a continuous supply of ink, unplug the cartridge and reinstall it.
If the printer ink lamp does not light up, you can troubleshoot it by taking the following steps:
Check whether the printer cartridge is damaged or there is no ink, and it is recommended to replace the ink cartridge with a new one to try ;
Check whether the ink cartridge chip is damaged, that may resulting in the printer not detecting the ink cartridge, and it is recommended to replace the chip;
Check whether the printer main control board is damaged, and it is recommended that you replace the main control board. If there is still no improvement, it is recommended to contact the after-sales service for specific verification.
