My printer is EPSONLQ-1900K fault is not able to cut the paper, after playing a single sheet, the reverse will not go I do not know what is the reason, which big brother help to solve it, thank you.

If your printer model is LQ-1900KII/LQ-1900KII+|, please follow the method below:
1. Press the High Speed key to turn on the printer and then the printer prints three pages of text;
2, press the font key three times;
3, cut the paper key once;
4, turn off the machine to complete the setup;

If your printer model is LQ-1900KIIH|, please operate as follows:
1, turn on the power, and put in the print paper.
Press and hold down the “Speed | (on the project)” button and “Cutting/Postcard (Setting)” button at the same time until the printer beeps and the “Cutting/Postcard (Setting)” button is pressed. The “CUT/Postcard” indicator light is on.
3. Press the “Font (under Item)” button 4 times.
Press the “CUT PAPER/POSTCARD (SETUP)” button once.
5, at the same time, press and hold the “speed | (item on)” button and “cut paper / postcard (settings)” button, “cut paper / postcard” indicator off, the operation is complete.
