Canon Copier Paper Setting Methods

Canon copier paper setting methods are divided into two categories: manual settings and automatic settings.

Manual setting: Before starting the copier, put the paper to googd position. Separate the two paper pulleys and place the paper into the lower pulley tray. Then move the paper size markings to adjust the blue indicator to match the size of the paper to be used. Finally, push the pulley tray back inside the copier and then you can start running the copier.

Auto Setup: When operating the copier, you can choose to set the paper size automatically. On the main interface of the copier, check Print Paper Properties. You can see various paper icons of different sizes. Click on the icon of the paper you need to use and select ‘Auto Paper Setting’. This will enable the copier to automatically adjust to the size of the paper used.

It is important to note that when using a copier, you should insist on setting the paper in the correctly way, so that you can avoid problems such as copier jams caused by inappropriate paper. At the same time, you can also protect the copier and extend its service life.
