Specification

DTF cleaning liquid use process

1. Wear disposable gloves
2. Open the cleaning liquid bottle
3. Connect the syringe, connector, and hose
4. Drain the cleaning solution with a syringe
5. Inject liquid into the parts for cleaning

Cleaning precautions

1. The cleaning fluid is fully compatible with original ink and natural ink, and does not cause any damage to the print head and ink supply pipeline.
2. After the ink cartridge is opened, if there is no replacement ink cartridge temporarily, you can replace the cleaning ink cartridge to protect the print head.
3. Cleaning fluid is not used for printheads whose internal structure has been damaged or whose service life has expired.
4. When cleaning the nozzle, try to avoid contact with the circuit of the nozzle.
5. After cleaning, the print head circuit should be dry before installing the cleaned print head on the printer.
6. Use cleaning fluid for cleaning in the usual maintenance of the nozzle to increase the service life
7. The cleaning solution has a certain volatility, so it should be kept in a sealed state and placed in a place with a lower temperature.
8. If the cleaning solution splashes into the eyes and other parts, it should be rinsed with clean water first, and then wiped after rinsing. If the problem is serious, go to the hospital for inspection.
9. The operating environment should be kept clean.
10. The circuit board is soaked, please clean it, dry it and then test it on the machine, otherwise it may burn the circuit.
