Printing Process

step 1:
Place the garment on the platen of the heat press. Before printing, make sure the shirt is placed straight on the plate, as the position of the bend will affect the position of the print! Gently press on the unprinted garment for about 2 to 3 seconds to remove any wrinkles that might be preventing the print.
Step 2:
Place your printed and cut transfer media (vinyl or transfer paper) on the t-shirt. Before pressing, check to make sure the graph is centered and in the correct position and angle! A crooked print doesn’t look good!
Step 3:
Double check the print, and once it’s printed, lower the top layer of the heat press to begin heating. Once the timer starts, the work of the top layer begins. Peel off the top layer of transfer medium. Be careful when doing this, the surface of the transfer medium is hot so handle with care.
